Announcer: For over 30 years, Artistic Expressions Dentistry has delivered the highest standards of care to the greater Philadelphia area. The cornerstone of this practice is the wisdom, experience, and proficiency of Dr. Bruce Wilderman, who, along with his well-trained and experienced staff, treats patients to an exceptional level of dental care. Dr. Wilderman: I started practicing here in 1986, here in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. We serve the greater Philadelphia area, but we have patients that travel quite far sometimes to see us. They find us on the web and they may travel two or three hours to come visit us to get cosmetic dentistry done. Announcer: Dr. Wilderman has honed his technique and chairside manner for your ultimate comfort and convenience. In addition to his general dentistry care, Dr. Wilderman has studied and made smile transformations a personal art form for over 20 years and has performed thousands of them for his patients. Dr. Wilderman: I call myself a restorative dentist. In our office, we don't do things like root canals or surgery. All we do is fix and make beautiful teeth. Marshall: I leave with a smile. I got immediate compliments, right. Now, I walk into a room and I can greet everyone with an open mouth smile. And I feel great. Announcer: When you choose Dr. Wilderman and Artistic Expressions Dentistry to transform your smile, you will be getting a smile like no other that is custom-made for you and you only. We start by listening, addressing concerns, and answering your questions in a collaborative environment. Dr. Wilderman: We treat every patient here like they're family. We like to get to know them on a personal basis. We treat them as our friends as well. We like to take our time with each individual. We don't schedule multiple patients at the same time. When you're here for an hour or an hour and a half, or even two hours, my attention is directed solely at you. Announcer: Setting himself apart from other practitioners, Dr. Wilderman has created a unique approach to his cosmetic dentistry patients. By employing a "what you see is what you get" technique, patients can view ahead of time exactly what their new veneers will look like. Melissa: You see a model of what your teeth are going to look like so that there are no surprises. And that's wonderful because you're an active participant in the process. And so you know when you're done, there isn't going to be this big reveal and a big surprise and you're not going to be happy. That, again, is so good, instills a lot of confidence. My only regret is that I didn't do it 20 years ago. Dr. Wilderman: I'm good at what I do because I really care about the patients and about the end result that we're trying to achieve. I like to say that I have a millimeter eye. What that means is I can see very small details. What I learned in dental school was that the difference between getting an A and getting a B or a C was very, very small. And you need to be able to focus on all the little details that make up for a great end result. Scott: I did a lot of research on my own with regard to referrals and folks that had given reviews of Dr. Wilderman in the past. And he's one of the highly rated folks in his profession with regard to this type of procedure. Announcer: Cosmetic dentistry is different than general dentistry in that it requires not only skill and experience but an artistic eye. It is Dr. Wilderman's artistic eye that has made this practice a leader in its field and a rating by his peers as the top cosmetic dentist by "Philadelphia" magazine year after year. Dr. Wilderman: We've been successful here in the office because we really care about our patients, their well-being and about the end result that we create for them. No one leaves our office unless they're 100% satisfied. And I think that's the key to success. Marshall: It's worth it. The results, from my perspective, are very positive and I wonder why I didn't get it done sooner.
